Bistrot Le Moderne - Toulouse

It was still school half term so it was a fairly quiet afternoon but still a number of locals having drinks. The owners and waiting staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food and service were excellent. Available to order was beef, duck breast, veal and tuna steak. Just a 10-15 minute walk from the river.

Impeccable for a midday brewery. simple, friendly and efficient. rustic frame. Roasted chicken to take away.

I tasted a very nice grilled tin. Nice presentation. good cooking and nice place. The room is simple but coquette. nice staff. a pity that this restaurant is open only on the afternoon and only on the week from Monday to Friday.
