Il Forno - Torres del PRI

A very Italian dining experience. Dress code is casual formal and they strictly follows that in order to provide the make your night feel more elegant. The service was wonderful, very patient and nice. To start off, we got the wine and pina colada cocktail. Wine is classic and the cocktail was one of the best I've ever had in my opinion because it tasted like straight pina colada only, and it was enough to get me feel bit warm. The food was fine. They have a wide selection of appetizers and salad at the bar, my favorite was the smoked salmon but it was little too salty. It's good to pair with the baguette though, just remember to save some space for your entree and dessert later. The beef medallion was great, very flavorful. However, I wish I had it made medium well because could taste a little gamy since it was medium rare instead. It was super tender though, not hard to chew at all. The risotto was soggier than I thought, but the taste was there. My favorites of the night were the desserts. The cake was super moist and the panda cotta perfect texture too. They were not overly sweet too! Definitely a good pick to balance out the savory dinner.

There are two sections here..., Dos Luna's is connected and a great spot. Il Forno should be avoided. I will say one thing.... If canned Vienna Sausage is your idea of sausage on a pizza you should be fine otherwise find another option at the hotel. Bland food, long wait times and poor service says it all

This is the best restaurant in Grand Oasis hotel. We've tried the pesto pasta, the four cheese pasta, the pizza and the tiramisu and they were all yummy. The service is good and the hostess is nice. The vibes is good also. The only negative thing about the place is the waiting time. You have to wait until you get seated and you have to wait until the food comes out but it's worth it compared to other places at the hotel.

Um dos melhores restaurantes do Hotel, apenas nao peçam a pizza que é muito ruim. De resto vale tudo!! O cardápio deles tem varias opções.

Nice atmosphere, enthusiastic service. Food is mediocre. Not bad but nothing special either.
