Yunshang Rice Noodle Yún Shàng Guò Qiáo Mǐ Xiàn

Service was great, I arrived to pick up my HBD noodles as a member. They gave me a balloon for my birthday, what a nice touch! Great service and consistent quality.

The food is always great!It's a nice little casual place to grab a quick bite.Servers are always fast and the speed at which they are able to prepare the yummy food awesome.Can never go wrong stopping in here for a bite.Though they do have the odd person sitting there watching a TV show loudly on their phones....Oh also very good prices!!

I was quite impressed by the relatively good customer service by Yunshang noodle stores. But sometimes it is not good. I was there in the evening of August 25. When I was doing the order i put an additional half bowl request. However, no body gave me the additional noodles till I asked for it. When I was paying, the girl(cashier) asked me whether I was paying by cash or debit card. Given that I am already a member, I automatically get 10 off, but she probably wasn't aware I am a member. I asked her if it makes any difference if I pay by cash and wanted to know if I get more off if I paid by cash. Her explanation wasn't clear as she said 10 is the highest percentage. IMO, for better understanding, she could have said there's no difference whether you pay cash or debit after membership discount. So I asked her again and she explained for a second time.I was looking at the debit machine, and when I raised my head, i saw she was with a very smirky smile in her face. She might not be happy with having to explain twice and hinted it to her co workers standing behind her while I wasn't looking, and that was probably why she came up with a smile like that. It was humiliating. Anyways, I still gave 10 tip

Good food, very large portions. We got the pumpkin pancake and fried tofu as appetizers and they were very tasty! The noodles are nice and savoury, with good spice level.
