Tondou Ramen - Toronto

This place is #aestethic, for sure.Good place for ambiance, maybe even a few photos. They even play anime on the TV!The service is also good because they have a call button for assistance.The food is interesting. The takoyaki is one of the best I've had, like ever. The karage thoug left something to be desired sadly.I got the special duck ramen, the meat was a bit bland but the broth was quite good, especially because the zest of the yuzu.Overall the pro is the vibe!

I visited this restaurant last Friday and tried their Okinawa Soba for the first time. It was a light and flavorful alternative to the rich broth of Tonkotsu ramen that I typically order. Without a doubt, it is one of the best ramen dishes I have ever had.

Visited this place during weekend night. No line up. Nice atmosphere. Food were average nothing outstanding, except one ramen we order the portion is gigantic! Never seen a ramen that size before lol.

I’m still thinking about this ramen days later! Stumbled upon this spot on a Saturday night was thoroughly impressed. Everything you want from a bowl of ramen— warm and flavourful. I had to try the syouyu tonkotsu ramen because it seems like a big deal, and rightfully so! You’re able to pick the fat and garlic levels on this one, and fair warning they deliver what you ask for! You can see the mountain of fatty broth on top of all the noodles and bean sprouts. Lots of flavour and exactly as expected. I’d say it’s a little heavy on the bean sprouts and light on the actual meat though. The spicy tonkotsu was the real star of the show. Great flavours and a rich broth to go with it! Egg is included for this bowl. Overall a really satisfying meal!

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. We accidentally ordered the wrong dish, but the manager kindly replaced it for us. We recently found this place because we didn't want to wait at another nearby restaurant with a long line. The Tori Shio Ramen (chicken ramen) here is delicious! The chicken chashu is juicy and the broth is full of flavor. The outdoor patio is great for a relaxing summer evening. Just to clarify, the ramen broth and meat are both made with chicken.
