Dolce Moda - Toronto

I placed an order for 30 cannolis with you this morning through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I realized I used the wrong credit card and immediately canceled the order within one minute. I then placed a new order with the same items using a different credit card. However, I was charged on both credit cards. Later on, I received an email saying I was also charged for the first order I had canceled. Essentially, I was charged twice for only one order that I had received. This was a very disappointing experience.

This bakery is absolutely fantastic! I visited with my friends and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally delicious and they offered a great selection of both food and drinks.

The people who work in this place so rude. (Yonge street downtown) People working there need training.

Ordered White Sourdough from them yesterday. After cutting into it, the bread looked too brown to be white sourdough. I called to confirm because I cannot have whole wheat. The guy on the phone told me it was white sourdough in a rather dismissive tone. I took his word for it and woke up with major stomach issues (I can’t stomach whole wheat). I will not be ordering from here again.

Amazing place, the bakery is so beautifully decorated, and there are so many food and drink options. The pizza cones and croissants are two of my personal favorites. The staff are also super nice and very interactive. I would definitely recommend people try this place out.
