The food is definitely better than Starbucks and Tim hortons the croissant was amazing you need more locations in Ontario and the service was amazing .

The drinks were very good, but the staff…they are too slow! and also not very polite to be honest

Found the service to be slow for making some simple drinks and not being too busy.Ordered a caramel macchiato, I guess I meant like a latte and instead gave me an espresso shot with a tiny puff of steamed milk and no caramel for what I could tell.Visibly a little frustrated I showed the barista this is not what I ordered to which she responded this is a macchiato clearly she doesn’t understand I wanted something different. A little inquiry would have went a long way.Sandwich (chicken avocado) was good.

Aroma's food and drinks are on the pricier side, but man their chai latte with soy milk is to die for on par if not better than the same drink at Starbucks or Second Cup.

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but it is quite pricey for the quality. Additionally, there are no outlets available for customers.
