American Big Burger - Torino

We ordered at 12.30 with Glovo and waited for more than an hour and a half to receive it. Once we arrived, as well as cold, our order appeared without some sandwiches and with wrong drinks. I called the club several times and the delivery time was repeatedly postponed. Incompetent and disorganized at most! Never order, even because they only have a rider to what I understand and is always late of course. . rather go get it, surely you will do before!

Ordered with Just Eat at 20:30, expected arrival at 21.50. At 22:45, after almost an hour of delay and two phone calls to the local, still no track of the rider (despite the owner kept telling us that he would arrive within a few minutes then we call one last time to cancel the order definitively. The owner, at that time, tries to convince us that the next day, to apologize, he would send us another order for free, but of course we declined the offer, for reasons you can easily imagine (you never accept free food from a person you just had a discussion with? And then we didn't want to risk having to wait for hours again before we could eat. If he wanted to give us a gift, he could have offered us the dinner we were waiting for for more than two hours (as long as our dinner was never actually left the club but who knows why he never came to mind. In any case, room depenned from our list. PS: if you try to call them to the number indicated on Just Eat (i.e. the number to which people call them to complain of delays do not respond and the call falls automatically after a few minutes. In fact, to contact them, we had to search the number on Google: Strangely, if you call them to that number, they'll answer right away.

Actually a gross, after more than an hour of delay we called the place to cancel the order, but since they said that in 30 minutes they would have delivered the sandwich we decided to wait, after an hour the sandwich had not yet been delivered, I highly recommend not to order in this place, they are failed

Hamburger never arrived without notice. Incompetent and disorganized. I highly recommend giving to the hyppic.

Tonight we wanted a good takeaway hamburgher. The application promised: Possibility to create the ad hoc burger. So we choose besides the ingredients including also something extra to give more taste and make it even more crasto. Result: received a hamburgher with quality to say little mediocre and with much of the missing or wrong ingredients. Not bad for 14 euros per sandwich. Too bad! (Ps: quality infima meat
