I don't think I can give it no stars so I gave it one just to put in this review. I'm not even going to mention how bad the food is and the fact that they don't pay attention when you ask for your sauce or cheese to be light or heavy (like why let you customize it if they don't pay attention to it anyway? But anyway my biggest problem with this company is they have a phone number that is supposedly a corporate number which is 1-800 Domino's and when you call that they don't offer you any assistance or anyone to talk to and simply tell you to call the store to deal with your issue. I not only called the store but also went in to try to get help with my issue and all they did was say they couldn't help me and to call 1-800 Domino's??? Of course I let them know that that just brings you in a big circle but they didn't seem to care about this at all even after one of the employees called their manager to ask for further direction all the manager said to do was to call corporate as if nobody listened to what I just said when I explained that there was nobody to talk to and that corporate told you to call the store? I would love Domino's to be able to tell me how you get in touch with somebody when you have an issue when the store can help you at all it only route you to a phone number that offers absolutely nothing by way of assistance not even leaving a message or anything?? How do you run such a big business without having any customer services beyond me
Had a terrible pizza delivered 2 days ago.. under cooked to the point of the box being soaked from the moisture... even after putting in my own oven it still gave us all stomach aches all night. Also had chicken bites that were way off the mark.Order #908-28-22

I would give less staring if it were possible. I gave a job on Thursday night. the tracker went through the process and I began to get texts that were my order on the way. the tracker then finished and I saw outside, no eating. So I called and the young man said the driver just left? weird, but okay. I waited 15 minutes and nothing so I called and the child said that eating was delivered to an old address that I deleted before I gave up the order and submitted my correct address. you may have said to the delivery child go back and see if my eating was outside the address to which it was delivered, even though it was sitting outside at this point for more than half an hour. I told them to pay my money back. he said he canceled the order and processed a refund. has not heard, so called the load the next day, where the child told me no one in the load could process a refund and I had to call company. they called companies and said that because this was a franchise shop, I needed the owner to call me and it would be expected so I could get my money back. it is now Tuesday and nothing yet. So I'll call again and get the General Manager on the phone, who says no one has processed a refund so that it would be another 3-5 working days for my money that I should have had at that point. I have forced myself to replace only my food that I have done involuntarily because I have tired of dealing with it. they have children who work in this load and no one is professional or knows what to do to the devil they would never order again. I understand that mistakes happen, but everyone I spoke has put the blame on someone else and I have no place.
