Bidrage med feedbackI'm not one for critique, but tonight I was so angry that I actually did the time one. I visited these mcdonalds on alexis road from toledo meijer after work. I left at 11:30 am and arrived at 11:43 am at the mcdonalds. I even looked at how the drive-thru closed to make sure they were open. I sat there behind three other vehicles 7 minutes before someone came across the intercom for the car in front of me to take one. 7 minutes before someone comes across the loudspeaker and takes the order of two more cars. I am now the next person in the line, and after 14 minutes sitting there, it is now 11:57. a minute goes by, and the man rushes me over the intercom to inform me that they no longer command, as they just closed. I sat there in full amazement. I waited in this line after 17 minutes before closing time for 15 minutes, while they only 3 car deals, just to say they would not take my order if there were 2 minutes to their announced closing time. my car said 11:58, my phone said 11:58, I even google, how late it was, and google said it was 11:58, so I know my time wasn't wrong, and now I am without eating, hangry and angry beyind believe with mcdonalds.
There is always some rude lady in the window who NEVER talks. Gives off the I don't want to be here attitude and then your money and food are always just pushed on you like you're the inconvenience. Oh did I mention the food is always wrong somehow! Urg
Morning shift is lazy as all hell there dine in says 5 am but not open at 6:45 am as I can't fit my delivery truck in drive thru nobody was even in drive thru so they won't take my order say use mobile app every other mcdonalds has accommodated me even with customers in the drive thru line I've worked food service many many years and I've always tried make my customers happy I mean not like I just walked up to window I was in a vehicle and how difficult is it to change you're hours on the door....
Order a #1 big mac buns was hard I was so disappointed. Like how hard is it to make sure all food is fresh. This is how any why you lose customer. Chic Fil la line stay jumping the food is decent but it come down to the services. They did have fountain pop they had cans. Come on get it together. They need to be better.Food: 1/5
Ordered a double quarter pounder and got one hamburger patty. Fries were cold and soggy. 9:30 on a Friday night. Restaurant was empty but drive through was packed. We choose McDonald’s because they tend to be consistent. This was pathetic.
