Bidrage med feedbackI recently took my daughter shopping for a HOCO dress and we stopped here for lunch after. I did not like the vibe or ambiance of the restaurant at all. It was kind of set up like a lunch line or like a Subway, where they build your sushi rolls right in front of you. They seemed unsure, the ingredients didn 't seem fresh. The rolls were not rolled tight and they were sloppy looking. And when I paid with cash the guy at the register yelled at the top of his lungs, I GOT CASH HERE! It was not only jarring but made me feel like I was wrong for paying in cash. The lavender lemonade was gross. The asparagus was not fresh, there was something chewy in my California roll that turned me off from eating the rest of the roll after that particular bite. Later that night I had a hell of a stomach ache and some other unsavory digestive issues. My daughter 's stepmom was with us and even though we were clearly there as a group and I got my rolls and my daughters to dine-in, they decided to put her stepmom 's order in a to-go box. Then they took it out of the to-go box and all her rolls kind of fell apart.10/10 would not recommend.
The food was delicious. I was happy with the variety of items on the menu.
Rolls too loose and fall apart, krab salad in the California roll doesn 't even have Mayo in it. Just plain raw fake crab. Rice is dry and is of the brown type. The fish itself was decent. But everything else was a mess. No soy sauce in the delivery either.Edit: my mistake. Krab rolls don 't come with Mayo anywhere. That part was fine.
The sushi rolls were very fresh good. The restaurant decor is minimalist. Nice selection of fresh beverages.
This restaurant really disappointed me. I placed a pick-up order, but when a customer returned to request their bowls be remade due to a shrimp allergy, the staff did not handle it well. I watched as 6 people waited for their orders without being greeted or acknowledged. Other customers also struggled to get their pick-up orders, as the employees seemed unwilling to engage with them. This lack of customer service needs to be addressed by management before the quality of the restaurant declines further.
