Adolfo - Toledo

Had a wonderful experience. Chef come to welcome us and say goodbye. We had the set menu that was amazing. All ingredients from the property garden. The house Vermouth really nice. The garden and terraces have a magnificent view. A place to return.

Chef Adolfo gives a wonderful food experience. You're not hungry. It is a 5-course menu, or more actually, food always come back to yum. There are NO menu HOWEVER, you will be asked about allergies or nutritional preferences and then they will take up your meal. It was so good, 2 vegetable dishes, 3 fish dishes uniquely prepared, cheese plate, delicious cochinillo, possibly the best I had in Spain, and many sweet treats. Refreshingly delicious house Vermouth, and the vineyard own Syrah. The grounds are beautiful; it is a venue for weddings and other magical events. It was beautiful and even on a rainy day.

Something amazing here is going on. It's an experience to say the least and the sommelier is on point. Recommend to take the elevator up to rooftop for an excellent view of Toledo.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, amazing views, and welcoming staff. We were kindly greeted by the Chef at our table, and before leaving. Highly recommended!
