Nando's Casuarina - Tiwi

The store is in a disgusting condition. Waited 40mins for our food and it was not busy. Walked up to 3 guys just chit chatting behind the counter and asked them how long our order would be and got told they were just waiting on the chicken. Mind you there was nothing on the grill. Walked away and i hear chicken sizzling on the grill. Obviously our order was forgotten. Not even an apology. Most importantly the restaurant needs to be cleaned! The tables and chairs are sticky, sauce bottles are disgusting.

The food was not cooked right, we waiting an hour for a whole chicken, and there emotions did not give off that they wanted to work. CLOSE NANDOS !! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Venue is filthy and needs a deep clean. Floor hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Food and rubbish under furniture. Furniture is caked with dirt. Cleaning is clearly not a priority so hate to see what the kitchen is like. Health inspectors need to investigate. Food came out pretty quick and chicken was great but the girl who served my sister at the cashier also served the food and forgot about the Perinaise sauce and told my sister she had to pay for it again even though she already had. I wanted an extra plate and there was only one plate left at the side bench with all the sauces and felt gross to take it because it didn’t look clean. Stood at the pick up station waiting to be served and at least 3 staff were standing around talking to each other and they could see I was there but refused to acknowledge me. I had to be aggressive just to ask to be given an extra plate while I stood there for a minute in front of 3 staff members who ignored me. Tables were not cleaned up and there were plates and dirty dishes at the table behind us from previous customers that were not cleaned up the whole time we were there and even after we left. Never coming back here again if I could help it.

Says it’s open till 10 we arrived at 9:15 and an employee held her arms up in a X very aggressively. Really disappointed. Also they never have water for tables which is really bad service and management. Don’t say your open when your not. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
