Durbin's Tinley Park

Great service and food for lunch time. Cool atmosphere and would recommend for lunch or dinner or late night.

My man and I have eaten them last year during the fasting for eating cash. we enjoyed our meal. we invited friends to join us for dinner on the last Friday. the same server went 8 times past our table. I finally shouted to get her attention and asked if she was our server. she told me she'd check it out. that was her. forever a round cocktails. at last our orders. my man and I ordered the cash with rice (no pommes.) a friend did not order the fish plate with coleslaw veggies. my man has pommes, no tears. Our friend has veggies without shy. my evening meal, she thought it was wrong, so our server sent it back to the kitchen. come to find out my meal (which included fries / no rice) was given to our 4th party and their meal (cod) was sent back to the kitchen. the food was hardly warm. the veggies tasted water and on the cool side. the second portion of my cash was hot and tasted great. my man even has a 3rd service he showed was great, not sure if they were short in the kitchen or servier staff, but I would seriously consider going back. unhappy comes in the senses.

I have always liked the food at Durbins. That 's never been a problem . The problem is having inexperienced servers. While dining there last week I was given a drink in a cracked glass, when I brought it to the servers attention she had no clue why that was a problem and actually asked me if I wanted a new glass . I surely hope that glass was thrown away . I am a server myself and that glass would have never been taken to anyone 's table!!

Food was good but seemed as though it was the server's first day....didn't have answers to our simple questions and had to keep going back and asking. Also advertised draft beer special but ran out of the beer we ordered. Service was fast which was good because we were on our way to a concert.

We had a terrible experience The kitchen lost out ticket and we only received a portion of our order. The place was a hot mess. Both the hostess and servers all seemed to be in a state of confusion. We will never return.
