Waited and waited. Poor attitude and couldn't care less about customer service. I ended up walking away and took my elsewhere. Seriously consider doing the same. It's the only way companies will learn.

It's a Tim's. They are pretty much all the same. If you want faster service don't both going in. They devote majority of staff to the drive through.

This restaurant is an excellent spot for coffee. The service is quick and the staff are extremely welcoming. It's always a fantastic place to recharge between hockey games.

Stop every morning for coffee and bagel. Always ask for double toast but most morning barely toasted enough to melt the butter. Yesterday morning asked for triple toast and gave the girl at the window my gift card to pay. I never noticed until this morning she never gave me back my card. So it was the same girl and she flat out said no card here. This is the only place I use it and there was almost $70.00 left on the card. Not impressed and probably will not go back
