Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

Just the regular neighborhood cafe fastfood outlet noted for its accessibility and variety. Most of the time, however, i would encounter a new face and wouldnt undertand what he/she was trying to say to me while taking my orders.

No concerns about the food, however 1 employee at this location I had take my money multiple times yet I thought I had rewards and would have received a free coffee. Now I was not 100% certain for those times so on Nov 7, 2023 at 14:36 I finally got the chance with the same employee of concern who served me via the drive through... I had the 400 points for a free coffee (my transaction history on app shows it) , he scanned my card and still said I had to pay the $2. Now $2 is not much but this employee has done this possibly multiple times. Is he pocketing this money...possibly. This employee may also just not know and maybe requires further training.

I love the staff and they appreciate me! My coffee would be ready when I walk in and if a certain someone may be working. Service is great here!

It's my morning stop. I have nothing but good things to say.

Bought a bowl. Its already costly. But most of the tims gives the whole bowl. We are paying the money not for free and the bowl which I bought was like for a small kid. Very less. Food is tasty but quantity is very very low.
