Bidrage med feedbackMy favorite food on the world is korean bbq! I ate at least 30 Korean BBQ restaurants. eating here was just okay. it could be much better if it offered more marinated or salted meat. some options had no season at all. very bland. if they simply add salts, marinades or sauce on the table, it would be much better. otherwise the atmosphere is good and the marinated meat is quite good. only a small tweak and this place would be 5 stars!
Great place, consists of high quality food. a bit complicated with the ayce vs. normal menu, but that's good. try the tempura
The service here for the weekday dinner is top notch. September 2022, there was a beautiful and friendly Latina woman who was our waitress. She was there, has reviewed us quite often and made some suggestions from the menu to try. It is your typical Korean barbecue area where you cook the meat yourself on a grill. I have to say that this is one of the rare places where her grill actually pulls the smoke back. So it's not a smoke restaurant like most of the Korean barbecues. For the price it is a great value. You want the best deal? Go for lunch and get the lunch price! It's a compromise, but... they keep their prices low by having a limited menu. So, if you want to spend the extra money and go all to have more choices, you need to pay the extra dollars and the dinner price-performance. Parking: There are many parking spaces free in the area. Notes: 1. For what this place is, in the area where it is, it is definitely worth it. Otherwise you have to spend all the money and gas and sit in the traffic to go to the San Fernando Valley, or to Koreatown in downtown LA. 2. Except for a few items on the menu (the fat Bulgogi), most of the meat you order comes without season. If you want to improve the taste, ask your server for some salt and maintain it during the cooking process. 3. Speaking of Bogogi, I think it is one of the best things on the menu on any Korean barbecue area in general. It comes marinated, and the additional fat helps to keep the meat juicy and tender. In summary, this is a great place to bring family or city visitors. It is another experience, then your typical sit-down restaurant. The taste profile at most Korean BBQ places is usually sweet with the small hint of the acid. So if you're in this kind of thing, give this place a try.
I ordered the lunch bulgogi, it was delicious! I had my fair share of Boggi and nothing was extraordinary, but it was good. Supplements for me are sub par, I?m used to other Korean restaurants with more choices such as cucumber, fish cake, potato salad etc. I only saw a server in the entire restaurant and tables were spread out, so the service was not the best. Not even she came by to see if everything was okay.
Food was soo tasty! Meat was tender and delicious! Workers were nice and attentive! Loved the salad and the rice was at the perfect consistency! I wish the red onions were pickled a little more but overall excellent food! Cute date idea!
