Super psychotic manager, Tamika, started screaming at my spouse through the ride, all because SHE messed up and gave us 2 bits of chili cheese sauce!!! She couldn't make our sliders right, but they had them reconciled. She went crazy than a fruitcake on us when my husband took the fact that she made our Chil cheese terrible! She hit the window in our faces before we could find the 12 sliders that were made wrong for the first time. My husband went back by the ride, as the manager had lied that he came personally into our vehicle to deliver the slides to us. It took 15 minutes to get back 12 sliders, and they screwed us on the chili cheese bags! If you like Krystal, don't go to this place. Tamika is an unprofessional, common and murderous manager who acted like a rabide animal when she attacked my spouse for HER mistakes!!!

Good customer service and many options on the menu. Drive thru is slow, but the food is made fresh. The drive thru needs improvement because it has potholes and disassembles cement. Friendly staff at the pick-up window.

Some wings ordered and they were literally half frozen had to go home and bake them done smh

It came to a slow start, but it turned out to be great customer service, food was good, clean restaurant, overall it was good.

Krystal chicks had no Mayo, no pickles, chili cheese fries had tons of cheese and barely any chili, service was a complete hassle. There are only like 5 things on the menu and they act like they have no clue what you?re trying to order half the time. Drinks taste like nozzles have never been cleaned making them taste musty and disgusting. Food quality has gone way down and prices have gone up. Have this location many chances and every one was majorly disappointing. Will never visit again.
