7 Brew Coffee - Thomasville

I need to make an edit on this review. First off... the previous 3 star review was never about the product. It's delicious and going weekly for well over a year... never one bad coffee. Ever. Everyone can have a bad day with service. BUT... when management reaches out these days (which is rare), that shows me this particular owner truly cares. I know he's busy, but he took the time... time, to make things right and address my concern. That is A+ in my book. I've always been a loyal customer, but this just solidifies how good a business this place truly is. Thank you very much!!!

It was my first time to this location! Everyone is so sweet! One of the girls recommended me the Cupid special Mocha and I can easily say, it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had!

Lines are way too long. Certain staff need better training, and consistency is lacking. Maybe time to start looking elsewhere.

All of the servers are great at servicing me at 7 brew. They're such a blessing to me. Thank you 7 brew and have a blessed week

Every employee is very young and inexperienced. I find it very hard to place an order with them and am always treated rudely. Staff stands around and talks while only a couple actually work, and it is left a mess up there sometimes. I will not be coming back until they get their stuff together. Sidenote: The manager I spoke to as well was very rude and not helpful at all. She had suggested I take my business elsewhere. Will do!
