Ixtapa Mexican - The Dalles

Ixtapa serves a variety of excellent food and service is great.

Loved the extensive menu. Food was very good. Service a little slow, but overall a good experience.

Arrived just after nine pm after driving all day. They served us very quickly and food was wonderful. Parking: Had gooseneck trailer. Lots of room.

My daughter and I came here for lunch today, I asked if the cook was new because the quality of our meals were not good at all! the chicken enchilada was just shredded chicken with a soggy tortilla, chili relenos were mushy and both sauces were so watered down there was no flavor. the rice was crunchy on top and tasted stale. when we informed the server the food was not good she only said oh sorry about that, here 's your bill we paid $40 for meals barely touched and left very disappointed, this USE to be our favorite in town but won 't be going there any longer

Not sure what was going on today. Waitress was rude and than nonexistent. No drink or salsa refills. 45 minutes after we ordered we went to hostess stand to pay for drinks prior to walking out. Gave up on hostess and left. Also my friends beer was warm.
