Pizza Hut Hamilton

The first time i ordered from this location the delivery driver came 2 hours late and the manager comps us a free pizza due to the time wait. Today..10 minutes ago i attempted to order pizza hut again..i had the pleasure of speaking to MATTHEW who notified me they do not deliver to my address anymore which is very odd seeing how the manager sent us a free pizza and we have ordered in the past. When i asked him to pull up my address by my phone number we slammed the phone down and i waited 5 minutes until i hung up..unbelievable.customere service is gone...this is the Barton location...please manager contact for details as the damages shows lack of confidence to order.

The pizza was a little bland. I had grilled chicken and ground beef as a topping and it didn't do much. If the dough and sauce had more flavor it would better. I tried pizza from this location a couple times before and it was good, not sure what happened this time. The creamy garlic was mild and could use some more flavor. Their mozzarella sticks is good. It doesn't taste as doughy as some places. Their fries were also good.

Ordered delivery today 1122 and received my order 120 pm, almost 2 hours later!!!! I was told 40 mins to 1 hour. After 1 hour, I called for an update and the manager said the pizza was not even in the oven as of yet. I requested a discount and he offered me an insulting 20% off. I didn't want to argue as I had people at my house waiting. The delays continued, I tried calling for over 40 minutes and no answer!!!! Driver finally showed up almost 2 hrs. later. Terrible service, not ordering from them anymore! You can see now this is not a one off. The manager should've given the order free if they really cared about being accountable and having customers come back.
