What should I say? really good experience. great customer service from all employees and I was served on the other day by a new young man named kieron and he was very pleasant and gave me what I wanted very quickly, but the manager is very gruesome and I heard her talk with her staff. very rude and something I would not deal with

It's expensive for what it is, but only have it as a treat, able to get decaf, which a lot of places don't do and also skimmed milk, again most places don't serve. It takes a long time to get the coffee, but it's usually hot and always fresh

The service at this Costa is great, although a little slow due to how busy it was. The restaurant was nice and clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. All menu items were available when I visited, and there were many tables with available seating.

A little expensive for coffee. a beautiful special coffee is great for a tasty but too expensive in my opinion. that is ingenious I love the toastees and the cake is to die and compliments the coffee well. nothing better than a mint cappuccino with a mint choc muffin that is lined with a whole after 8 mint.

I really enjoy this cafe. The staff is excellent and the spacious layout allows for a private atmosphere. The music can be a bit loud at times and tends to be quite modern, but that's only a minor complaint.
