Barbacoa was good but they had no queso and out of almost all the salsas

I just heard about this a few days ago. I had been so excited to go. Went today to get lunch. Poor lady running it. Ordered 1 chicken quesidilla and 2 taco lunch 1 beef 1 chicken with carrots beans.1. Tortilla roller was broke.2 no charrobeans.3. Couldn't make quesidilla because tortillas were tearing.No beef for taco, enough chicken for 2 tacos.No salsas to choose from.None of her help showed up!646 in league city!

They make great taco's but I had ordered 6 Q-tacos and they added and charged me for bacon on all of them...I'm vegetarian. Q-taco doesn't come with bacon. I never asked for bacon. They assumed, but sometimes like in this case, assuming was wrong.

I called in 4 bacon Q tacos and the woman on the phone told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. I get there about 5 minutes later and the man at the counter said she never told him about a call in order, which i thought was odd but said “okay thats fine ill just order now”, and told him my order. He then said they were out of bacon and every other meat and potatoes. It was 8:45am! Super disappointed, they seem extremely unprofessional and underprepared.
