3d's Krazy Kitchen - Texas City

I love this place the manager is sweet and very helpful. Every time I come in she has that I don't serious look but she's very sweet along with the employees. The food is cooked well and the daquaries are way better then any other daq ship I've been to. This place is always packed with cars in line which drew my attention to it some years ago. The food is delicious and better then any other place here in Lamarque/ Texas City including Churches chicken which has been closed for a year or so. 3D's has brought jobs to the community for those willing to work and some youths . All I want to say is o finish the this review is thank you to the owners for giving the community good food and not giving up on us like the other restaurants were. Also you all need to start opening on Sundays so we could eat after church even if it's for a few hours and also consider a after hours night when the clubs closes.

So I had a REALLY bad experience from them on 6/2/23. I was surprised because I had been here before a while ago, and at that time their food is good and they 're really nice! So my mom and I go there and it says drive thru only on the front door, so we go to the drive thru. Now this lady was taking our order, and my mom and I felt her attitude from the JUMP. Pouted lips, looked aggravated just being there. We 'll call her cashier lady. Cashier lady closes the door and they start making our food. It 's like 3 people I saw in there. So my mom and I are clowning and whatever and I tell her that the lady by the food was patting her head. VIGOROUSLY. There was tint on the window but it was a little patch that wasn 't tinted. So we 're looking at her and just keeping an eye on her and she starts scratching and patting like she has a rash or something under her weave and it was obvious it was a weave. Maybe whoever did her hair didn 't do it right or something but she was SCRATCHING and PATTINGGGGG. So long story short after a couple minutes my mom just asked for a refund. So, Cashier Lady, opened the window and my mom explained why she wants a refund. Cashier Lady says, She wasn 't SCRATCHING she was PATTING . You must not have seen her when she WAS scratching...and either way I don 't want someone fixing my food and they 're all over the food scratching...or PATTING...their hair. And everytime my mom said another sentence she rolled her eyes, pouted her lips more, and said okay....okay... So while she was getting the manager she was yelling SHE WANT A REFUND SHE SAID SHE WAS SCRATCHING HER HEAD. Then the scratcher start looking at us and you could see them two just talking in the back and making faces at us. And I heard the manager say to the scratcher I told you to stop that. The manager was very understanding and caring and kindly gave us our refund. The other 2 girls were out of line and very disrespectful. Sadly we never got our food, but I wouldn 't have wanted it anyway after that! So online I rate this place 1 star! I hope other people who go there get treated kindly, but I just wanted to alert whoever saw this, so thank you !

Amazing food. Great prices, especially wing Wednesday! There was a long wait , but once you get your food it’s worth it. ?

Super late but worth the wait...Chicken wings are SUPERB! Service is snailmail, two-toed sloth SLOW

Stop by tonight to give 3D’s a try and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. Gwen and the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. Chicken and boudin balls was very good.
