Dixie Diner - Texarkana

I really enjoyed my experience here. The food is great. The menu has a good variety. It's been a while since I 've seen liver and onions on a menu and it was really good! The service was friendly and well maintained. It has a real hole in the wall appeal. Really home. I'm back.

Best experience ever. When I first visited Texas, I found myself at Dixie Diner. It was fantastic food and my server was so nice. Her name was Rand and she made jokes as we were at the same age. She got my food fast and was easy to grab if necessary. Honestly, I would recommend to everyone to eat a nice meal at a low price!

We drove out an hour to dinner and it was worth the trip. The pot roast is phenomenal. The people working on the diner are very pleasant and hospitable. My wife said she would move here to be closer to this diner

I got the Chicken Fried Chicken and it was baked and tasted quite perfect. The food generally had a certain home made flavor and texture that was exactly what you hope and expect in a diner like this. Ready with the banana pudding that could also have been made by my own mother.

Our first time there. Found it by goggle search. First off, the place was very clean, as was the lavatory. The food was scrumptious! I had the liver and onions. The best! Our server was fabulous! Very pleasant and courteous!
