Green's Sausage House - Temple

Super friendly folks and always smiling. I drove well out of my way from Waco to get several pounds of the thick cut peppered bacon. Let me just say, it is totally worth the drive. I didn't try the cafe this time but I'll be coming back with the wife and we will have lunch and grab more of the backing! Do yourself a favor and make the drive.

Stopped in for some sausage burgers to grill tonight for dinner walked out with burgers, fajita meat, bacon, and cookies, lol! They have great quality meats and treats and are alway friendly and helpful. Been coming here for years, definitely worth the drive!

This is officially my favorite restaurant/diner! Think cracker barrel but with good food and awesome prices!I was shocked a place like this actually exists it's honestly like walking into another dimension! Has a home feel and the staff are down home and humble! Food was amazing nothing frozen! I will go here every time we are in area! Y'all are wonderful

Best place ever for home grown meats. People are country loving and helpful. Service is over the top. Restaurant is food made from scratch. Real mashed potatoes with butter and milk. Busy like always, so checking out can be slow. So bring along your patience. Worth it

I heard great things about greens over the years and finally decided to give it a shot. I got two t bone steaks from here to throw on the grill and they were DELICIOUS! Their organic milk is also superb! I got the coffee milk and it was surprisingly awesome! I'll be going back to dine-in!
