Great experience here!! When I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and positive energy I believe Lilly and Adriana were there names they were so funny awesome they helped me get what I wanted and recommend some great choices they had great customer service and very helpful. I love this place and I love the people thank you so much again Lilly and Adriana for making my day!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible service. This location ran by teenagers with no management available onsite to ensure the place is run appropriately. We ordered our food and then sat down and waited. 35 mins go by and I ask the girl what?s taking so long. She says ?Ohhhh, I think they cleared your order on accident?. So she goes to the back with the other girls and makes our food for us. They gave us a refund luckily, but upon giving the refund she almost charged my card again for the whole meal. When we got home, my husbands ?white cheddar chicken? flat bread wrap was missing the chicken AND he specifically asked for no banana peppers? surely enough they put banana peppers on it. Overall the service at this location is terrible and should be run by people who have good customer service and actually care and pay attention. Will not be coming back to this location ever.
I stopped in with my kids as a treat, one of my children is on the spectrum and really wanted something simple that wasn't on the menu. He was starting to get very agitated and the manager stepped in and kindly made my son something to eat that even though it wasn't a menu item. In addition to that, they provided it to us at a kid's meal price! When you have a child who behaves in unpredictable ways, it makes a difference when staff goes above and beyond to make the experience easier to navigate
My boyfriend and I waited 15-20 minutes for our food order and it came out completely wrong. I asked for a refund, but the three teenage girls (who were working in the evening alone) couldn?t refund because they didn?t have access in the POS. They called their manager Michelle. I had to come back in on a separate day to get my money back. Manager and I agreed on 10/17 @10am. I waited for a half an hour and Michelle never showed up. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for someone who manages a store. This is not the first time service has been absolutely terrible here. I would go to literally any other location than this tropical smoothie. You will not have a good experience here
