Every time we come here, it takes at least 30 minutes to make a sub, what's going on!? It's a sub! I can get a steak dinner faster. This business model must be reassessed! The staff is great, the food is good BUT expensive and slow. Spend your money differently!

2 subs ordered and it took 30 minutes to her.... They spent their time eating Uber orders before our ... I get there is a need to get your delivery orders out, but it is not fair for customers to eat or take out to be held for this type of time to make 2 sandwiches.... I think if it's a problem, it should be an employee for deliveries and an employee for walk-ins

The location is beautiful, and the food is delicious. However, the costs are very high; for the same price you get twice the amount of food when you go to other sandwich sites.
