The Ness - Teignbridge

We had a wonderful Mother's Day meal at The Ness. The food and drinks were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We sat at one of the boat tables which provided a nice intimate dining experience, perfect for family conversation during lunch. A special small gift added a nice touch to our overall experience. A big thank you to all the staff for their excellent work.

We had a very mixed experience here, the welcome was good and we immediately sat at our reserved table, but we did not get a menu or offer of a drink. After collecting our drinks and menus we then ordered the meals, My smoked Schellgericht was ok when a bit expensive, but the burgers were terrible and very overpriced, the staff was at times and unreacting at other times, all in all this was a very average and expensive experience.

Lovely location especially on a sunny day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the menu varied. The best Yorkshire Pudding ever ! Will most certainly go back and recommend.
