Simla Restaurant Zenna Bar - Tamworth

I was already some paints here and as a family we spend a few hundred pounds. this time around her focus was on the take-off customer. they have luck getting a response from the waiter. Apparently, on 3 server last night were on call. total pathetic administration that didn't do it well at all. there was no coffee available! ffs! also no desserts I wanted were available and then there was a mix as they were available suddenly. put their customers first in their restaurant! I'll be back, but if I'll be served on this wise again, as if I wasn't important enough for them, then the next review will be brutal!

That was nice to eat. the staff was polite and friendly. the problem we had was the position of our table. we were a couple who couldn't talk to each other because of the music and also because we were in the bar, came and went many people and two big parties close by we couldn't hear each other talking! the position of the table also meant that the staff was less attentive, as they had to deal with the accusations of the great parties. it is a pity that has ruined our evening and we like to visit this restaurant regularly.

Beautiful restaurant and environment, it was very loud. the food was nice, but the portions were small. overall it was a pleasant experience, but abit overte for what we receive. the most annoying thing that charged £5.98 got two crippled water!

Always of a good standard. Service very good. Waiters very customer focused apart from the cocktail bar staff who don’t come across quite as welcoming. Set meal for New Year’s Eve was a little disappointing. Starter platter was brilliant. Unfortunately something has happened to the butter chicken recipe and it was no where near as good as we’ve had before. The sweet could have done with being served warm in its entirety. Cold rice pudding is not normally the way we eat it. Left most of the sweet. All that said, def going back and ordering our favourite dishes. The place has been through a lot of changes. Mostly very good but need to keep an eye on the recipes and make sure any changes do not impact on quality as it did on the butter chicken on this visit. Keep up the good work!
