Zeytuun - Tampere

I did visit first time at Zeytuun. I found out they has two places in Tampere and waitress told they do open restaurant also in Turku, Finland. I did visit in restaurant which address is Kuninkaankatu 17, 32100 Tampere, Finland. I was really, really satisfied. I chose meze that had baba ganoush, dolmas, hummus, falafel, tabbouleh salad, chickpeas etc. I had not heard before of baba ganoush. It is grilled egglant paste. I loved it. I also liked of it that falafels were not too spicy. They were tasty. Ambiance in restaurant is nice and place is nicely decorated. I was in quiet time one hour after lunch time. There were two employees and both were really friendly and they had time to answer questions, like when I asked what is baba ganoush. I also asked opening time of this restaurant in Kuninkaankatu: restaurant in Kuninkaankatu is open Monday-Friday 10.30-20, Saturday 11-20 and Sunday 12-18.

Good food, the menu has a oot of different options.

Nice meze plates and good price, especially during lunch time (11-14)

I ate a meze platter with falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, chickpeas, baba ganoush and stuffed grape leaves. All the components were very tasty and the portion size was perfect.

Falafel was really delicious. Everything on the menu can be made vegan. Friendly staff.
