Red Robin is fair prices for decent food. I always have loved the bottomless fries because you never leave hungry. We came here one night because we saw a special advertised on their website, under this specific location citrus park. The manager did not honor it, saying it was no longer in the system even though she recognized it was on the website. Our waitress was really good, service was fast but we did have to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though no one was in the restaurant.

You 've got to be kidding me! Fifteen minute wait for a table? The place is empty. Maybe 5 tables seated. Host says we have only two servers . We 'll, now you have two less customers. We walked next-door to BJs. Walked in, seated and served within fifteen minutes. Get it together Red Robin!

Awesome, just great! Our server Haven And Z was friendly and very attentive and checked up on use multiple times. Had the Banzai Burger which was awesome! My sister has the teriyaki chicken sandwich and she said that it was the best chicken sandwich she ever had. Also had the pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce and the cheese sauce was great. You could put that cheese sauce on a flip flop and it would taste good. Also can't go wrong with the bottomless fries and soft drinks. Will be back most definitely! Thank you for a wonderful dinner. Grilled Turkey burger was great and not dry!

We hadn't been to Red Robin in about a year. We were lured in by their amazing burger special for $10 with bottomless fries AND a drink. The location is at the Citrus Park Mall, Tampa (Westchase area). The burger was AMAZING, cooked to perfection and tasty, the fries were terrific and the drink perfect. We would have given five stars but one server (not ours) looked sloppy, had untied shoes and generally looked as if he didn't want to be there. Not a great ambassador. The other servers were great. We will definitely go back.
