You have a TON of mix-ins to choose such as the standard fruits, nuts, cereals, and even exotic flavors such as yellow curry, ginger, potato sticks, ube, rose water, tamarind, and more! As it works, you start with a vegan coconut-based scoop ice base (chocolate or vanilla). You choose your mix into and toppings, then everything will be used in a machine that it all churns together and comes as soft. From there you can add additional toppings such as (dairy free) chocolate syrup or peanut butter sauce. It was fun to see everything together and wish there was something like this in Chicago. I really appreciate the creativity and the vegan (and gluten-free) options that are clearly marked on the menu.

I have a great love for ice cream, especially soft serve which can be harder to find. However, this restaurant offers a unique twist as they serve their soft serve in a cup rather than on a cone, which I personally prefer. The concept is to choose between vegan vanilla or chocolate (they also offer non-vegan options), then add mix-ins such as pretzels, oreos, nuts, and fruit, as well as toppings. They use a fancy blender to mix it all together, which may seem a bit gimmicky but the end result is very tasty. Although it is not cheap, the ice cream is delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant is bright and clean. I appreciated the clear labeling for the toppings and mix-ins. However, it was disappointing to see that they did not seem to recycle.
I enjoy coming to this restaurant because I can always try something new and vegan. Everything is clearly labeled as vegan or gluten-free. It may be a bit expensive, but the experience is worth it! I've tried the oreo and biscoff mix-ins with peanut butter, as well as the ube and guava with pineapple, both of which were delicious!
