Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was recommended that I sign up for rewards at this restaurant, but unfortunately, several staff members seemed to be unaware of how the rewards system worked. It appears that employee training is needed in order to improve understanding of this aspect.

Everyone was fantastic, including Donna, our server.

We were seated promptly and our server arrived quickly. The food was fantastic. We even received help signing up for a rewards program.

The oil that chicken was cooked made chicken taste burnt and oily. Chicken dry and over cooked. Green beans were cold and collards green’s were fruity tasting. The waitress was sweet but very slow. We will go again but next time if we have issues with food we will let server and management know

Always a good meal and friendly service. I really love this location.
