My friend and I ordered two burgers at the restaurant. Unfortunately, mine came with tomatoes that had large pieces of the core still attached. I asked the manager to replace it, but when it returned, it still had the same core slices in it. The manager didn't seem to care when I pointed it out. I ended up asking for a refund, which he gave without any apologies. The service was brutal. On a positive note, my friend enjoyed the fries.
The burgers were delicious and juicy, some of the best I've ever had. Was this the first gourmet burger event held here in the Philippines?
Hubby and I have always loved this Burger community since we have been years ago. the burgers are ingenious and the variety of food in their menu. I hope that the upgrade of the tables and chairs to more comfortable.
The burgers were okay, but I was annoyed that only disposable utensils were available at this restaurant. They should offer more eco-friendly options.
