The Preserve At 405 - Syracuse

Can I give it 6 stars? We get there and the place is packed. Hostess/what seems to be a manager or owner asks if we have a reservation. It was a first time here and didn't know we needed one. They fit us in and are so nice about it. The waitress was really nice and observant. The food was so yummy. Best creme brulee I've had in a long time. Really just a wonderful experience.

The food was AMAZING even as take out ! I live 20 minutes away food was still piping hot when I got home! The seafood scampi is absolutely Devine!The only thing I would suggest is cleaning your scallops (taking off the muscle) other than that the pasta was perfect!Also got a lobster roll, jammed pack with lobster whole claw pieces !10/10 recommend!

My buddy and I were cycling this section of the Canal trail for the first time. We wanted to stop along the route for some drinks and food at Preserve at 405, but we didn't see a safe space to lock our bikes up.We did come back after our long ride and received amazing food, and service. This place was very nicely setup with some amazing art, waitresses, food, and drinks.Definitely will come back through again.One recommendation is to put in some poles to secure bikes too. It's a prefect location on the Canal Trail and I could see this bringing in more customers on the trail having a safe and secure place for their bikes.

Outstanding food and service! We ordered the chicken riggies and lobster roll and both meals were outstanding. They offer excellent drinks as well! Our server Cleo was very attentive and did a wonderful job taking care of us. Thank you, Cleo!
