Bidrage med feedbackThis is a busy location on weekends. They do so much business that they don't have enough time between orders to allow their biscuits to fully cook. I think any one going on weekends has to be a bit patient with the new staff because some times theyforget to ask important questions like what sides you want with your meal deals. The employees were all very friendly andwilling to make customer orders changes. The atmosphere was friendly and courteous. All they need to learn is that gravy goes onthe bottom of the bag not the top. Happy Holidays. XX
They forgot 8 biscuits, and a side of Mac and cheese, claimed I never ordered Mac and cheese, which still meant they were missing a mashed in their incorrect order. The manager unintentionally hung up on me as I asked if there was anything they coulddo beyond me driving back there after a 14 hour work day. Real nice?. Great way to end the day. DONT GO HERE?. Love kfc, but I?deat arbys before going back to this one?.I was wondering why service was relatively fast for the first time ever?it?s because abunch of the food was missing?.
Easy the worst dirty kfc I've ever been there. I have two wrong orders, the lobby doors are always locked and I have to go through the drive thru, and that one time that they were not the inner of the restaurant was dirty. the employees are also dismissed and rude. I do not want to leave any negative reviews, but these things have happened several times. I'm going to taco bell instead.
The mens room is completely un stocked with no toilet paper, no paper towels, I ordered my food and the cashier joshua had a huge attitude and they forgot my 8 piece bucket order so I had to go back for it!. Save your time and go to a different location.
This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC location on the planet. They have managed to mess up my last five orders. This last visit was no different. But on top of having them short me on the number of pieces of chicken I was supposed to receive, I had the privilege of waiting an extra 35 minutes for an order that was weirdly inadequate in terms of quality. Why? Because someone, in their infinite wisdom, decided the dinner rush was the perfect time to drain and clean the friers without verifying whether enough chicken was in the warmers to satisfy demand. Add to that the total lack of quality control and the general blasé attitude of the staff and you have a certified charlie foxtrot of an operation. Way to go guys!
