Noodles And Company - Sykesville

The food took forever and then was shaken out as I saw the workers touching food without gloves. The workers do not wear gloves while making food or touching your items (e.g. shredded cheese from a gut add to your meal with your hands). I hope they wash their hands instantly before they touch food, but still touch your clothes or face then food is careless.

I love noodles and companies in general, but I would like to add this location specifically. I work in Eldersburg so it is not unusual that I order lunch here every week (sometimes more than once) and it is always great. They pay attention to detail, honour small requests and always have the order ready in time. Just one of the best lunches in the whole city.

I've been walking a decent crowd here since my work has been close. Normally, I would address this directly with the manager, but I haven't seen anyone in service today. I always get the same, so I know the order is not just noodles, chicken and sauce. There was no sign that they were from the other ingredients.

Noodles is located in a shopping center with beautiful parking. The store was very clean that area is beautiful, walking in the menus are beautifully displayed with large fonts. The people at the counter were very nice. The decor was clean and the food was delicious I recommend this place

The last three times I have visited Noodles and Company, my order took over 30 min. to prepare and it was wrong. I have gotten faster service at a sit-down restaurant. I have tried ordering on line, and in person, either way I am waiting in the store for over 30 min. No offer was made to correct for the delay. They did offer to correct the error in the order, but the one time I took them up on that, it too another 20 min. It appears that this business is chronically understaffed and what staff is working it seems that there is always at least one employee who doesn't know what to do. They wonder around idly trying to look busy. Then there is another employee who is running so hard they don't have time to breathe. Overall, it is a frustrating experience. I really like the food. I just feel that the wait is too long for fast food.
