Chubby rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables and protein the cooked salmon one is great. Other fillings I've tried are teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef which were decent as well. Food is not flash but it is convenient and fairly healthy. They also have a hot food menu which I haven't tried but don't expect authentic Japanese. This food is targeted to the office crowd fast and cheap is the name of the game.
I agree with the other comments on here...seems like they are cooking the hot and spicy noodles you can find in the supermarket and chucking in some chicken. The chicken was nice though and it was only $8.50 a bowl so can 't expect too much. Wouldn 't go back though...i 'd rather pay $15 and get a freshly made soup.
I was at little star a few times and both of them were my rolls too salty. but they have a good choice of sushi anyway and the place sends me good vibes. they have some tables outside the street.
Always on the hunt after delicious lunch near the work, now we moved to barangaroo the fight is really my fellow! now I have to drive the road over the other side of wynyard and continue to pitt street hiking. as I wondered closer to the work, I found this little Korean-Japanese food that sells a mix of both kitchens. there are good variety and seductive sushi selections and a selection of nudel and rice dishes. I have tried unagi don and my favorite chicken carage curry don! the sushi is quite fresh and a good size. I also have the Yakitori stick today and don't have to say a fan. chicken texture was hard and hard to eat. now there are...read more
Don't go there. literal every other Japanese place around the city is better. while the sushi looks good, it is average. my biggest bark is with her breed special. it is actually instant noodles, and even with the spice from the package. for something that costs 80c a package, they charge them $8.50 added, it comes with huh, but still not worth it.
