Bidrage med feedbackAwww this place closed down, I think their Lease expired or something. Was soooooo sad to come here and it was boarded up : below was my original review as reference only. Crossing my fingers for the next business to be a cafe that’s just as quaint and yum.<br/ ————————————————————————————— <br/ <br/ Pros: coffee is delicious!! Coffee is how I like it: not bitter and deliciously smooth with nice aroma. This is my go to coffee shop cuz I like the environment here. The vibe of this cafe is great, very relaxing, quaint, cute, cozy, great seating options. We like sipping my coffee here while people watching and reading their free newspaper they have on their table. Service is great and polite. I like their Black Forest ham cheese sandwich, it’s perfectly toasted with high quality melted cheese and they offer gluten free bread $2 extra for gf). Their gluten free chocolate brownie is yum.....i asked them to heat it up so it was nice and hot with melted chocolate. <br/ <br/ Cons: price is a little high for the size of the coffee. I wish they would charge 50cents less OR increase the size of the cup. But this is not a deal breaker, I love the feel of this place so I’m still a returning regular customer. They also sell pastry which looks delicious but expensive. Oh, I think they close at 2:30pm on Saturdays which I think is too early , would prefer for them to be open til late.
Good value cafe meal in city. They use five senses coffee beans and know how to make good coffee. Great food, friendly staffs.<br/ <br/ The only improvement I can give is to install exhaust fan so no kitchen smell on guests clothes after meal.
Got my freshly made breakfast egg and bacon sandwich on a lovely fresh soy and linseed bread. The staff greeted me with big smiles and I got to start sipping my latte as my meal was prepared. Highly recommend.
Stumbled across this hole in the wall cafe some weeks ago while hunting for a decent cup of coffee near World Square. The barista was wiping down the machine to close shop but graciously made me a skim cap. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Can't remember exactly which beans they used (one of the big names Single O I think? but it had a lovely flavour and well frothed milk. Certainly one of the best coffees in that area.
Excellent coffee not burnt or acidic but tasty coffee with an enjoyable aftertaste. Very enjoyable breakfast. Walk those extra metres to experience delight at this road side café.
