Mcdonald's - Swansboro

How does it come that my fries are normally soggy and boiled? thoughts mc donalds pommes are for perfect fries tightly timed? I wish this would recharge to boil pommes that mac donald’s have been cooking for years.

Usually, I don’t post reviews and I understand how this can happen sometimes. I just want McDonald’s crew and managers to be aware that hair keeps ending up in their food/ice creams. Two days in a row now. Just kinda gross pulling hairs out of my mouth and being bummed because my money is wasted and I can’t eat it. So I lose out on both.

Went for breakfast, very simple order. They could not get it right. Found it when we got home. Returning to the store they only replaced the food. Nothing was offered for inconvenience and to be completely clear-1star is the only option that will allow me to leave a review. When asking for a manager there was a woman that had Crew on her shirt. So they clearly can't follow the request from customers at all

Very sketched environment. workers pretended they didn't want to work or take my order. the manager on duty looked like post malone who served a life sentence. really a whole disappointment.

Looks like a pretty good neat place to eat breakfast no rush, except for the drive-thru, let me tell you my experience when I went for breakfast to dine in lady took the order pretty well but didn't provide me with silverware and there was non l to be found around the restaurant and on top of that when I tried to actually get the attention of that employee, that person either completely ignore me or was so busy on what she was doing that heard me at the front counter. But overall it's okay.
