Bidrage med feedbackSweet little café with surprisingly delicious food. We tried one of their lavenders, it tasted freshly baked and not too sweet. Also got a croissant breakfast sandwich, the scrambled eggs were fluffy, it had the right amount of cheese, and the croissant was the right amount of fluffy. Also good coffee and sweet atmosphere. It was pretty busy when we visited, they seemed to have a constant stream of customers.
New team training at the time of the visit, so I didn't take a star for it, but for the training manager who could? ve did a better job during the rush and didn't know the products. (I was told I got a pretty expensive pastrami sandwich that proved to be a bratbeef. But it was still good, there was also no proper description before the selection of foods) He seemed more brittle and less polite than the newcomers. When I was in the area, I went back.
Very unique family shop filled with lots of local art. Absolutely wonderful staff and the Honey Lavender was fabulous. In any case, the visit is worthwhile, especially if you are looking for this local mountain hospitality. Thanks again! We're coming back!
We were there for a tasting of catering and everything was so delicious! The staff was so friendly and it was just perfect. We also tried the pumpkin spice Latte and it was amazing! We heard they were making a pretty hot chocolate and can't wait to try.
What a bizarre place! This was our first time going here, and we will never return. The woman at the counter was so incredibly scattered, she kept messing up our order and saying it 's too early for her (it was 10am). The poor gentleman making the drinks (who really seemed to care) was trying to manage her mistakes and the customers. We ordered a chai, and they ran out of the mix. That 's fine, it happens, but we replaced it with a lavender earl gray tea. I asked about the price difference and they said the tea would be more but they were taking care of it. I find this hard to believe that an earl grey tea is more money than a chai latte. I didn 't press the issue since I 'm confident the woman behind the counter seemed confused with the interaction. The setup of the cafe is very strange. We weren 't really sure where to walk in and the other customers just seemed to stand around. There really isn 't any organization. Drink orders are written on a small piece of paper, and in the small amount of time we were there the woman at the counter forgot and/or lost 2 different people 's orders. The thing that got us the most $1.25 for oat milk!!! What?! Most cafes usually charge between 50 75 cents for dairy free milk. I really wish we didn 't stop here or give this place a try. I hope the owners read this and talk to their staff about how to be professional and better organized. The one positive aspect of our first and last experience at Moments was thanks to the gentleman making the drinks. He was polite, communicative, and made a good coffee. He deserves a raise for everything he had to deal with.
