The Great Pizza Co - Surrey

1. Some foods are ok and some are just so-so. 2. Price: I could say reasonable to certain items. 3. Management: I find owner lady weird and arrogant. I felt replying her back in her body language, tone and words. But I can?t go down to her low standard. She should not be in front if she does not have adequate manners and customer service.

Ordered a large tandoori chicken pizza. The pizza was done in 30 mins, which isn?t too long of a wait. Here?s a problem though, the ginger. Why?! Why do you need to put ginger on a pizza??? I specifically asked not to add ginger on my pizza and literally in my first bite I got ginger. It?s gross. I get it that it?s a south Asian flavour adopted by many south Asians but pizza is an Italian cuisine, if I wanted south Asian food, I?d order it, not Italian. Another thing, the pizza was very spicy. After second slice I couldn?t eat anymore, my mouth was hurting. Literally. Sorry guys, not going to be ordering again, you have to advise of the spice levels on the menu, and follow instructions if requested not to add anything specific.

I was regular customer there, i always bought the same pizza with my husband but last night i disappointed with the result of the pizza. The pizza is burn and i order to make spicy but they didn't ans also it must be hot if it fresh but is just warm. Also, they didn't cut line in proper.

This was second time, I ordered mild pizza. But I was given a spicy one with visible chilli flakes in the crust. Owner gave excuse the first time. I?m not gonna complain again, been a loyal customer to them. Not going back there again

I have always liked kwantlen pizza from 82 and 124st but I made big mistake by ordering from 126st and 72 location. This was my first order from this location and was so disappointed bcz there was very hard piece of I don't know what in the slice (see the pictures) and you could scratch the table with it. Imagine if I had swallowed it. This is very big health and safety issue.
