Little Caesars Pizza - Surprise

Every time I come here, I don't know why I'm still giving it a chance. Definitely the last time for this place. An hour ahead, still over 30 minutes from the time they said it was ready. Not only that, they have the order wrong. Pizza also looks burned and evil and like a 4-year-old cut. Many people waiting in the lobby have got wrong orders? You better train your staff?

The manager is extremely rude. I ordered two extra pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. When i called the demanded the pizza back, mind you there is covid. I told her I could take a picture. When I hot there she had nothing but an attitude. At the end she only gave me one instead of the two I ordered.
