Chipotle Mexican Grill - Surprise

Absolutely worst customer service! We picked up the an order from the other Chipotle in Surprise and they forgot the chips. No big deal, figured we would just call down to the other restaurant right down the road from the office and pick some up. Nope. Manager said that because we didn't buy the items from this store, they can't do that. Absolutely insane. Over two bags of chips...

I usually order take out because I?ve never been a fan of the state of their dining room, but I?ve now once again found meat in my vegetarian bowl. I?m seriously concerned that food cross contamination is happening frequently there. Tried to reach out to customer service but I?m being given the run around. I will no longer be supporting this location until they clean it up and maintain some sort of food safety standards.

I hope this location feels good about themselves; there was a fundraiser scheduled for our kids? school tonight. I?m wearing a shirt in support of the school, so they knew why my family of 6 was there. Made it to the register to be told they had CANCELED it. Heard from another parent that it was because she was promoting the fundraiser to other people in line. Shameful. Obviously this location is NOT supportive of their community.

Price changes today, in store only! Charged me for extra cheese and side tortilla... (I know a tortilla is charged in the app 0.40 cents but I have never been charged in store) and they said any thing more than a 3 finger pinch is $1.25 more for cheese. So I built the same meal on the app, extra beans, extra rice, and cheese, added a side tortilla and chips $13.85. Yet I paid $15.22 in store. There is a line and I don 't want to be rude to other customers but I feel scammed and stolen from by the employees. Receipt #10233 8/25/22 4:47pm

Came in at 9pm and there were no other customers in line. They said steak would be ready in 12 minutes so we waited. By the time we ordered, they gave me the steak at the bottom of tin, while you can literally see the cook cutting the fresh hot steak, that I was waiting on behind the servers. Why tell me to wait, when you already had steak that you were going to give me anyways when you falsely promised something? The response I received was need to make sure there 's some left for the rest of the night , BUT under serve me? It 's supposed to be 4oz of meat per serving.
