Tried this again last night was really hoping the new chefs would be outstanding. Disappointed with the food. Services was great!

I came here after my engagement this past weekend after hearing how great this place was. I will be honest, this place is over hyped. The service was amazing, I will say that. But their food was average at best. I asked for medium rare and got a rare steak. Which is fine, but even if the steak was cooked to my liking, I still wouldn’t consider it a GREAT tasting steak. Yes it was tender, but they try to make up for the lack of taste by adding the blue cheese on it. My fiancé got their renowned special, the flounder. And she had a bone or something that was solid that she almost chocked on. I don’t hate the place, but certainly wouldn’t be go to spot in surf city. (We live in North Topsail)

Great meal, great service, but the noise level is quite loud in such a small dining area.
