Terrible Experience at Cumble Cookies in SuperiorRating: 5I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at Cumble Cookies in Superior. Not only was the customer service subpar, but the male employee working the night shift on January 27th was incredibly rude to both me and my dog. It is evident that this establishment is not dog-friendly, and I would strongly advise against bringing your furry friend here.Upon entering the store, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the male employee. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards me as a customer. His behavior towards my dog was even worse, making it clear that Cumble Cookies does not prioritize creating a friendly and inclusive environment for pet owners.The male employee's condescending demeanor and dismissive attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. It is disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and rudeness, especially when visiting a place that should be known for its delicious treats and warm hospitality.Given this unpleasant experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Insomnia Cookies, a competitor in the area, has consistently provided excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend choosing Insomnia Cookies or from the Crumble location in Boulder over Cumble Cookies in Superior until the management addresses the issue with their employee's behavior.It is my hope that the management of Cumble Cookies takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that no other customers have to endure such a negative experience. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of whether they have a furry companion with them or not.

The Superior store does a great job. Have now placed a couple catering orders through them and their quality, service, and friendliness are great.

I absolutely love Crumbl Cookies and have always been pleased with their different creations of cookies. However, yesterday, I tried their Pumpkin Pie cookie based on the appearance and description. It was not at all what I (or probably anyone else) would expect. The texture and spices were good but the sweetness was overwhelming! It's not at all what a normal person would expect from pumpkin pie filling. After just one bite, I couldn't eat anymore and threw it out. I wasn't able to go back to the store to let them know unfortunately. What a waste of $5. If this is Crumbl's recipe then they need to throw it out and try again and use actual pumpkin pie filling. Great idea but terrible execution.

It's crumble cookies, need I say more! Delicious, great service. They never disappoint.
