Wendy's - Suncoast Estates

As a fast food manager for Zaxby's we just spent 30dollars at the North fort Myers location to not even get the food we ordered.then when I call the lady that answered didn't even say hello I had to and when I did she responded with hello what do you want loud as hell. So when I got loud back she hung up on me....today is 4/13/24 at 6:20 pm. And this is not acceptable at all you call yourself a manager but speak to you're customers like this. And you didn't even take the consideration to give me the right order you should be ashamed of yourself and I don't think you need to be a manager because you can't even conduct you're employees to make the food properly nor to make sure the food is being handed out right!!! Sad world we live in today to allow you to be a manager. Just do better or be better!

Horrible customer service by the manager and Horrible place to eat I wouldn't recommend don't waste ur time or in this rat hole go to taco bell or mcdonalds

Never again Wendy's. Afterwards I noticed that none of the stores were open.

Average in all respects. This establishment is ready for a makeover. Staff was very friendly and individual making burgers was working hard.
