Arby's - Sun City West

I got an alert for the $1, $2, $3 items available only on the app. It was too good to pass up. I decided to try the Sun City West location. I entered and saw Girl Power going on. I expected really good service. The order taker was very professional and knowledgeable in the workings of the store. I was having trouble getting the app to complete my order. I tried 3 times and the cashier helped a 4th time. We kept getting the Oops! Something went wrong message. Meanwhile, the manager did not help. Also the Door Dash and Uber people were coming and not finding the orders ready. When we mentioned that maybe the system was down the manager said we would just have to pay full price. Nothing she could do. At that point we were about to leave. The young cashier did the math and came up with an alternative way we could pay around the same price. The kitchen was really slow for some reason. Finally the manager figured out that their internet was not connected or something. That 's a half hour of my life I 'll never get back. I appreciate the young cashier for her efforts to help Even though by law she could not pull our orders. So we waited even longer. Then we got cold dried out curly fries. They really should have thrown that whole bag away. The sandwiches and shakes were good. I think these fast food restaurants in Sun City and Sun City West need to let the managers authorize an override for when the apps are not working for whatever reason. It 's happened alot.

My husband and I eat here a lot. We haven't had a bad meal here until today. My husband ordered the chicken bacon Swiss and the chicken WAS NOT COOKED all the way through!!!!! Very disappointed today! Not to mention he could have gotten very sick!

When I have a craving for a Greek gyros, this is where I go. For a fast food restaurant, their sandwich is very good. The staff is very mature and knows how to provide great service.

Worst sandwich EVER!!! Got the gyro sandwich, looks like they cooked it on the microwave for 10 min. Lettuce was total liquid!! Tomatoes too!! A tablespoon of meat!!! 2nd time at this location of bad food!!!
