Arby's - Suffolk

Normally, it's one of my favorite Arby's to visit overall. Food quality on my visit on the week of November 20th was disappointing. The meat in both beef and cheddar doubles I ordered was mushy. Never had this problem before, but the mushy texture is entirely unexpected for meat.

Drive thru room 20 mins. Brisket sandwich was missing bbq sauce, received wrong fries which were cold.Tried to go inside to get bbq sauce, people were eating inside, but all doors were locked. Had to go to the DT window for sauce and hot fries.Not sure we'll return to this establishment.

Roost beef sandwich ordered take out. What was supposed to be meat looked old and pre used. I wouldn't feed dogs the trash served there.

The young ladies working yesterday September 29, 2023 were fantastic. Focused, working hard and working together. Nothing but good things every time I visit this Arby's location.

I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. They hardly had any cheese, no sauce at all, and the buns had burnt onions on them and no sauce in the bag. I ordered a drink and received no straw. My roommate also ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with the same problem. HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!
