Neckarbiergarten - Stuttgart

Biergartens are back!!! Finally, after two months of living in Germany with nothing to do. I got to experience my first German draft. Neckarbiergarten made it very easy for us as there was a Covid testing center on site. After a negative test I was greeted by a nice gentleman behind the register. No German no problem his English was very serviceable and he was a super nice guy. The Beer was great although the hot sun warms them up fast. Food was good for a Biergarten too! Considering I’ll be living nearby for a while I’ll definitely be back.

You sit right next to the Neckar river. Service is friendly and there is plenty of nicely priced food.

Gastwirt supports guests in the discrimination of corona vaccinations. On 19.06.2021 I visited this beer garden. This was very well attended by the transfer of the European football championship. Three guests sitting at a big table wanted to refuse one of the different places on this table. Removal was sufficient (table outdoors not under roof). Their reason was that my complete corona vaccine protection would not be safe. A gentleman who had been moved by the guests told me he was the owner and I shouldn't sit here. He refused to prove my request. He gave a different explanation, not even on my request. He finally came up with his identity to the police I added. The officials confirmed that this person was the owner and he exercised his home properly. Three guests make more sales than a guest in the normal case. I forgive an inconvenient, because of the inhuman nature of treatment and sale.

The Neckarbiergarten is located right next to the Mühlgrün Parkhaus in Bad-Cannstatt am Neckar. Here you can eat snacks or, of course, just enjoy a drink, but the attention throughout the beer garden is self-service. In summer there are unfortunately shades.
